bolchem-run:Makefile: 'clean' target must be revised and split into several targets.
example make clean removes also ibc data; make clean does not remove the run exec directory.

comment: can cause unwanted deletion of important files
proposed fix: to save downloaded ibc data from accidental clean, the whole bolchem-run could be adapted to download data in a specific dir (e.g. ibc_data) and link them into the working dir. this fix is only partial: different clean target are still needed.

bolchem-run:run.ini: table of anu values to be revised.

comment: can cause problems to non-expert users

prechem-ifs: needs libsim built with the up-to-date gfortran to build.

comment: ifs is not used at present

bolchem-run:pre-meteo scripts: need to upgrade grib-api to the last available in debian sid and adapt the conversion scripts.

bolchem-run:geo data: Geo data package is not available. It should provide a (curses?) script to manage:
1. setting of bolchem_data path in both the filesystem and the local.ini
2. select the components to download.

bolchem-run:run.ini:section [domain]: if POI_end does not correspond to a time when data is avaialble, it does not download next available data to allow for time intepolation.
example POI_end = 2 hours in forecast mode, does not download the +3 boundary condition.
